                              RESOLUTION NO. 21631
                
                
                 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE INSTALLATION OF
                 ONE (1) FIRE HYDRANT FOR PUBLIC FIRE PROTECTION
                 AT A LOCATION MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED
                 HEREIN, AND AUTHORIZING PAYMENT OF THE TARIFF
                 THEREFOR.
                
                
                                                    
                
                
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       installation of one (1) fire hydrant for public fire protection
       located as follows:
       	    One (1) fire hydrant to be located on Twelfth (12th) Avenue
                 across from 2420 Twelfth (12th) Avenue.  This
                 installation will use approximately 367 feet of 6" 
main,
                 which will be charged to our annual allotment.
      
      
       	    	 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that payment of the tariff to
       the Tennessee-American Water Company be and is hereby authorized.
